We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our Client Coverage role in the Depositary Receipt team. This role is located in Tokyo, Japan.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Contact the client or work with the business development or relationship management team to clarify needs. Focuses on building a strong relationship with client
- Supports new business and ensures all client-related onboarding aspects are completed
- Coordinates with internal business units to research and gather necessary information to execute the transactions. Supports legal/business reviews for all potential transactions
- Contributes to the achievement of team objectives
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in client service/client relationship management or related field is required
- 3-5 years of total work experience in client service at financial institutions preferred
- Fluent in Japanese and Business level of English-speaking skill required
- At least, JSDA Certified Securities Broker Representative 2nd Class required
