オフィスの縁の下の力持ちとして、サントリー社員の仕事のサポートを私たちと一緒にしていきませんか?

オフィスコンシェルジュとして社員のお問合せ対応や事務業務に慣れたら、企業受付として来社されるお客様の接遇もお願いする予定です。

  • オフィスコンシェルジュ業務

  • 各種問い合わせ対応(カウンター、電話、メール)、備品貸出対応、会議室OA機器不具合対応、会議室予約調整、会議室備品管理、オフィス内備品管理、各種事務業務、捺印文書受付・入力・管理業務、館内アナウンスなど

  • 来館受付対応、応接室予約管理、呈茶対応など

オフィスコンシェルジュと企業受付を対応しており、あわせて6名のチームです。

少人数ならではの和気藹々とした雰囲気が特徴的です。

一緒に働くスタッフは20代~40代で、子育て中のママさんもいるので、年齢の垣根を超えていろいろな話題が飛び交います。

資格

<必須>

- 社会人経験のある方

(雇用形態は問いません)

- 基本的なPCスキル(メール・Word・Excel)をお持ちで業務経験のある方

業務開始準備、朝礼(連絡事項、引継ぎ事項の確認)

お客様からの各種問い合わせ、

申請対応(メール、電話、カウンター対応)、会議室の予約調整、会議室や備品設置場所等のオフィス内巡回、

会議室のOA機器不具合の呼び出し対応、

捺印書類申請受付、発送対応 など

※企業受付業務習得後はローテーションで受付カウンターで来館対応もあります
