募集背景・業務概要:

物流業務のWebシステムを安定運用し、日々の処理遅延を減らす改善を進めています。運用改善を継続するため、運用保守の体制を強化します。改善提案を歓迎するチームです。お任せする業務:

運用保守メインで、問い合わせ対応やログ分析、軽微な改修を担当いただきます。運用手順の更新と改善提案を行い、安定稼働を支えます。再発防止策の実行にも関わります。問い合わせ内容を分析して改善点を抽出し、改修の優先度を整理します。運用記録の精度向上を意識して情報共有を徹底します。

レビューの観点を明確にし、品質のばらつきを抑えます。
