1日の流れ (ほんの一例です。個々のスケジュールによって異なります)
【開店前】
まずは清掃からスタート
ご来店いただいたお客様に気持ちよく過ごしていただけるよう全員でキレイにします。
全体ミーティング
ご来店予約をいただいているお客様の情報などを全体で共有します。
【開店】
・事務仕事(登録書類や保険の手続き、見積書の作成など)
・点検車輛のお預かり等のお客様対応
【休憩】
仕事のタイミングを見計らって、お昼休憩をとります
【午後】
・ご来店いただいたお客様対応など
また、時にはご購入いただいたお客様へや点検が終わった車の納車などの業務もあります。
【夕方】
・お客様へ点検日などのご連絡
・事務仕事
【閉店】
今日もお疲れ様でした
- 業務は多岐に渡りますが、業務の流れはもちろん一つひとつの業務内容も丁寧にお教えするので、ご安心くださいね。
【給与】
月給223,000円+別途販売報奨金
※経験・年齢・スキルを考慮
<月収例>258,393円(24歳)

【資格・経験】
高卒以上、要普自動車運転免許(AT限定不可)
- 当社には、未経験からスタートした先輩スタッフが多数在籍。
商品や保険に関する知識をはじめ、ご提案のコツまで・・・
必要なことをイチから学び、性差なくプロとして活躍することができます。
【休日・休暇】
月曜日・火曜日定休(祝日の場合は出勤。月末最終火曜日出勤)

【待遇】
昇給年1回(4月)、賞与年3回(7月・12月・3月)、社会保険完備、産休・育休(実績あり)、保養所等有り(猿ヶ京温泉、苗場スキーロッヂ、逗子マリーナ)、社員割引制度、セールスカー貸与(※外勤営業スタッフにはスバル車を貸与します。仕事で使用する車を購入する必要はございません)
