仕事内容:

自然あふれる空間で、おふたりの特別な1日をカタチにするお仕事です。

当式場では、完全分業制を採用しており、それぞれの担当が専門性を活かして活躍しています。

■マーケティング担当

結婚式をお考えのお客様へのご案内・ご提案、見学時の接客、予約受付業務、集客戦略などを担当。

初めて式場を訪れるお客様に「ここで結婚式をしたい」と思っていただけるようなご案内をお願いします。

■プロデュース担当

ご成約いただいた新郎新婦様と、結婚式当日までの打ち合わせ・進行管理・演出提案・サポートを担当。

おふたりの想いを丁寧にヒアリングし、世界に一つだけのウェディングをプロデュースしていただきます。

<経験者>

すぐに担当をお任せすることも可能。

将来的にリーダーやマネジメントなど会社を牽引する存在としての活躍を期待しています。

<未経験者>

前職は販売や接客などほとんどが未経験からのスタート。

先輩社員がイチからフォローするので安心です。

勤務時間・曜日:

1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制(週平均実働40時間)

7:00〜22:00

※シフト制/実働時間は8時間程度

※繁忙期、繁忙日(土日祝日)によっては時間外勤務もあります。

※平日は10:00〜16:00(平均実働5〜6時間)などの勤務が可能

休暇・休日:

【年間休日111日】

週休2日制

※連休も可/シフト制

夏季/年末年始/慶弔/有給/産休・育休(実績あり)
