  • 仕事内容

パンの製造や袋詰め、品出し、陳列、接客などをお願いします。ナリタヤはお店でパンを焼いています。今日はこんがりいい感じに焼けたなとか思うように焼けずに商品にならないときも。焼き立てのパンを待っているお客様もいらっしゃるので、毎日飽きない、やり甲斐のあるシゴトです。

ある日、ナリタヤでゴルゴンゾーラパンを見つけて、毎日買って食べる習慣になっていました。就職するとこのパンを作れるって思ってエントリーしました。菓子パン系はフワッ、フランス系はスチーム入れて焼いているのでパリッ。専門店と違って各部門とのコミュニケーションやスーパー全体の売上構成比のをどうするか、売り場を変えると売上や利益が数値に反映され、お客様の反応も変わるので、やりがいに繋がります。私はパンの匂いに包まれて仕事ができる環境がとっても好きです。
