【募集背景】

現在のヒュープロは、企業活動において欠かせない【経営管理領域】と呼ばれる経営に関わる領域を人の側面から課題解決すべく、士業・管理部門特化の転職サイト「ヒュープロ」を企画・開発・提供を行っています。

1st コンサルタント

コンサルタントとして、社会人の基礎となるビジネススキルを身に着けていただきます。

目的としては、どの領域にもどのフェーズの事業にも対応できるスキルを身に着けることで、ビジネスを実装する面白さを学んでいただく期間です。

2nd リーダー・人事・新規事業開発・マーケティング・経営企画 など

2年目は、1年目で身につけたビジネススキルを活かし、各個人の適性と目標に合わせたフィールドで汎用的スキルの実践と、キャリアの武器を身に着けていただく期間となります。

マネジメントやリーダーを目指す人材には、メンバーを牽引する立場を経験していただき、

数値やデータを扱いたい人材には、マーケティングや事業開発などを通して、活躍のフィールドを広げていただきます。

3rd ユニットマネージャー、採用責任者、新規事業責任者 など

2年間学んできたスキルを活かし、責任者として部署・事業を牽引する立場に挑戦していただきます。

2年間で学んできた個人が成果を出すためのスキル・考え方を、チーム全体の成果を改善するために必要な考え方に汎用させ、

事業を見れる人材として成長していただきたいと期待しています。

また、事業をもつことで経営思考・スキルを身に着けていただく機会にもつながります。

【入社後について】

初めはオリエンテーションや業界についての知識のインプットを行なっていただきつつ、

早い方だと5ヶ月目には、3~5名程度のチームマネジメントに挑戦するメンバーを輩出した実績もあり、

私たちは、月に一度の1on1を通してメンバー各メンバーに成長のために何が必要なのか、現在の課題は何かを共に検討する時間を用意しています。

経営に関わるメンバーからフィードバックをもらえることで、自らの活動の振り返りとともに今後の目指したいキャリアや将来像に向けて、

どのスキルを身に着けるべきなのかを明確にすることができます。

給与


月給300,000円〜541,000円

・1年目で理論年収を120万円の昇給実績がございます。
