仕事内容:

Web広告の運用サポート業務を、段階的にお任せしていきます。

~まずはここから~

・広告入稿業務

SmartNewsやLINEなど、各広告媒体のルールに沿って

画像・テキストを専用のスプレッドシートで入稿します。

・広告費/数値管理

前日分の広告費や売上データを確認し、

進捗管理表へ入力します。

~慣れてきたら~

・クリエイティブ/リーガルチェック

広告に使用する画像や文章が、

薬機法・媒体ルール・クライアント意向に沿っているかを確認。

・クライアント/協力会社対応

広告の納品や調整、トラブル発生時の社内共有などを

チャットツールで対応します。

そのほか、

外部委託業者へのレギュレーション説明や

社内備品の発注など、幅広いサポート業務も担当します。

▮このポジションで特に大切にしていること

月末・月初には、

広告運用者・営業メンバーに関わる広告費や売上の精算業務が発生します。

金額を扱う業務のため、ミスが許されない場面も多く

細かなチェックや数値への理解が求められます。

広告の「品質管理」を担う立場として、

社内でミスを出さないために

・違和感に気づく

・自ら確認しにいく

・必要であれば修正を依頼する

といった行動が重要になります。

そのため、

「指摘や確認をすることを億劫に感じない方」

自分から声をかけられる方に、とても合うポジションです。

▮働き方について

・平均残業時間:月20~30時間程度

・月末月初は業務が集中するため、残業が発生しやすくなります

・月末月初は、広告レポート確認のため

8:40頃から業務を開始する日があります

忙しい時期と落ち着いている時期のメリハリがある働き方です。

▮必須スキル・スタンス

以下は必須条件として考えています。

・Excel/Googleスプレッドシートの基礎知識がある方

(関数に強くなくてもOK/苦手意識がないことが重要)

・数字を扱う業務に抵抗がない方

・正確性・責任感を持って仕事に向き合える方

■9:00~18:00(所定労働時間8時間 休憩60分)

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥3,580,000 〜 ¥5,040,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥78,000(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給29万8,000円以上

※スキル・経験を考慮の上、決定します。

※上記月給には残業の有無に関わらず固定残業代(月45時間分/7万8,000円)を含みます。超過分は別途全額支給します。
