【仕事内容】
Web、ゲーム、エンタープライズ案件と幅広く携われるチャンスがあります。
PMとして、ITインフラの構築やシステム開発における顧客折衝、工程管理をはじめとした、プロジェクトマネージメント業務を主にお任せします。
大規模案件、高トラフィック案件、新しい技術を用いた案件などチャレンジ出来る環境が整っています。
最初はご自身の得意領域(得意なクラウド、得意な業種)での業務を担当いただき、その後自薦で他のクラウドサービスを用いた案件や他業種案件へのアサインが可能です。
実際の例としてはWeb業界のPLとしてアサインしていた方が、ゲーム業界への興味から自ら手を上げ活躍しています。
また、EMとして、開発部門(Dev Team)に所属するエンジニア社員の育成やフォローアップ等のマネージメント業務全般も担っていただきたいと思っています。
【具体的には】
・セールス部門から引き継いだ要件、構成をクライアントとのフロントに立ち進捗管理、案件推進
・サービスリリース後の改善案の提案
・クライアントのニーズに対しての提案及び改善
出社×リモートワークの「ハイブリッドワーク」にて就業いただきます。
社員各自が週2程度の頻度で出社予定を立てて、柔軟な働き方を実現しています。

・何かしらのCloudを触ったことがある方
・ITエンジニアとして下記いずれかの経験をお持ちの方
└稼働サービスのITインフラ設計、構築、運用経験
└Cloudで主要なロードバランサー、処理系サービスなどの経験や知識をお持ちの方
└負荷分散、処理系、データベース周りといったシステムに関わる設計面の経験と知識を備えている方
【給与】
年収800~900万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
