募集背景・業務概要:

通信向けCRMを更改し、顧客対応履歴の管理精度を高める取り組みを進めています。業務フローの整理を進めるため、基本設計を担える人材を募集します。運用面の改善も重視する方針です。お任せする業務:

基本設計を中心に、データモデルの整理や画面遷移の設計を担当いただきます。レビューでの指摘を反映し、設計品質を維持します。移行前提の整理にも関わります。データ移行の前提条件を整理し、設計の抜け漏れを防ぎます。レビュー観点を整え、指摘事項の解消を進めます。

レビューの観点を明確にし、品質のばらつきを抑えます。

設計変更の履歴を整理し、影響確認を効率化します。

お客様の単価を100%開示しています。単価と給与が連動するから、頑張りや成果がダイレクトに収入に反映される仕組みです。

・月給に単価連動型の歩合給を支給。

・還元率:メンバークラスで75~80%、リーダークラスで85%~90%の高水準を実現

・単価アップ時に即時昇給反映

・賞与年2回(計2ヶ月分)
