仕事内容:

神奈川県や川崎市の地方自治体発注による公共施設、および民間企業から受注した建築案件の施工管理業務をお任せします。

【主な業務内容】

・施工計画の作成補助および工程管理

・現場の安全確保・原価管理・品質管理のサポート

・工事に必要な各種書類の作成・整理

・最新技術やソフトウェアを活用した現場の効率化推進

・モデル年収例(資格取得後):

30歳代:600万円~800万円

40歳代:700万円〜1000万円

50歳代:800〜1200万円(管理職)
