仕事内容
総務リーダー【IPO準備中/120%事業成長/全国に150以上のピラティスヨガスタジオを運営】
【仕事内容】
店舗運営含む幅広い総務を担当いただきます。
(1) 総務・バックオフィス業務
契約書・社内文書の管理
備品・設備・アカウント管理
社内ルールや運用フローの整備・改善
社内イベントの企画・調整
(2) 店舗運営に関わるサポート業務
新店舗オープンに伴う各種手配・調整
店舗からの問い合わせ対応
店舗開発メンバーとの連携業務
(3) 社内外の調整・窓口対応
社内関係部署との調整
外部業者・パートナーとのやり取り(事務・調整中心)
※不動産契約や専門的な開発業務は、店舗開発メンバーが主導します。
※総務業務を軸に、段階的に業務幅を広げていただく想定です。
バックオフィスメインの方1名と新店舗開発メインの方1名のため2名をマネジメントしながら手を動かせることを期待しています。

年収:650~850 万円月給制基本給:330000円残業代:固定残業代制固定残業時間:30時間固定残業代:78628円超過分は全額支給変動手当:住宅手当 恵比寿駅2km以内の住居の場合、2万5千円支給自転車補助 月8,000円/4km以上通勤手当:あり 実費支給 (上限あり30000円)賞与:あり 年2回昇給:あり 年1回

【募集背景】
組織体制の強化に伴う増員募集です。
今後2~3年で70~100店舗規模の新規出店を計画しており、店舗運営を支える総務機能の強化が急務となっています。これまでは、店舗開発メンバーが総務的な業務も兼務してきましたが、今後の拡大フェーズに向けて、総務業務を主軸として担い、事業成長を下支えするポジションを外部から募集します。
