<配属組織>

安全品質環境部 品質保証室

組織構成: 品質保証室6名、安全管理室7名の計13名体制です。

<業務内容>

将来的にエンジニアリング事業部門およびグループ会社の品質・環境を主管するリーダーとなることを期待し、以下の業務を段階的にお任せします。

  1. ISO規格・法令への対応

ISO9001/14001および環境法令を遵守した規程の制定・改訂、維持、社員教育。

  1. 監査業務

    外部審査の対応、内部監査の実施や、国内外のグループ会社・供給者(サプライヤー)への監査・指導。

  2. 現場連携

    プラント設計から建設、操業維持までの各工程における品質向上のためのルール作り。

    ※国内外への短期間の出張が発生します。

<キャリアパス>

1. 入社~2年

各ビジネスの特性を理解しながら、ISO規格や法令に基づいた規程の作成・教育実務を通じ、基礎を固めていただきます。

  1. 2年~4年

    作業所やグループ会社への現場パトロールや監査への参加を通して、現場業務を経験し、実運用の視点を養います。

  2. 4年~

    品質保証室に戻り、事業部門およびグループ会社全体の品質・環境施策の「方針策定」と「実行」をリードする立場を担っていただきます。

応募資格

<必須の経験・スキル>

1.品質保証に関する実務経験

現場問わず品質保証部門での品質保証経験が2年以上あること

  1. 論理的なドキュメント作成能力

    ISO9001/ISO14001に準拠した事業部門規程や教育資料、報告書などを作成するための知識と文章力

  2. 合意形成を導くプレゼンテーション能力

    事業部門規程を判り易く伝えるための、資料作成能力を含めたプレゼンテーション能力

  3. 双方向のコミュニケーション能力

    内部監査等において、監査ー被監査者として対立することなく、話し手から必要な情報を聞き出し、組織の状況を正しく理解し、組織の改善に向けた提言や意見交換ができるコミュニケーション能力

<あると好ましい経験・スキル>

・ISO9001/14001の審査員(または審査員補)の資格。

・品質管理や環境保全に関する専門知識(ISO規格改正動向、QC検定、公害防止管理者など)。

<労働条件>

【想定年収】

610万円~1,120万円

※想定年収:月例給+賞与

【モデル年収】

610万円/25歳・総合職(月給31.7万円+賞与)

800万円/30歳・総合職(月給37.4万円+賞与)

990万円/34歳・総合職(月例45.1万円+賞与)

1,120万円/37歳・管理職(月給53.6万円+賞与)

※総合職の残業手当は発生分を支給する(上記モデル年収は月20h分を想定)

※管理職については残業手当なし
