医療機器開発マネージャー【川崎・KSP/少数精鋭×海外R&D/臨床課題から始めるカテーテル開発】

【仕事内容】

  • 業務内容:

・バルーンカテーテルをはじめとした、各種カテーテルの製品企画開発

・海外製品開発部門(中国:シンセン)との交渉や調整

・チームのマネジメント経験

マーケティング本部内に新設された「製品開発部門」です。本部門はバルーンカテーテルなどの医療機器開発を担い、今後さらなる体制強化を目指しています。

少数精鋭チームの中心メンバーとして、開発業務および組織づくりに貢献いただけるポジションです。

【年収・給与】

年収:1200~1500 万円年俸制月給1000000円~ 円基本給: 円~ 円年俸の1/12を毎月支給残業代:残業代支給対象外※管理監督者としての雇用のため、残業代支給対象外変動手当:住宅手当 2万円/月通勤手当:あり 実費支給(上限なし)賞与:あり 給与には会社業績による期末賞与(6月、12月)を含みます。※2024年度実績:年俸の月額1.5ヶ月分(夏期)、2.3ヶ月分(冬期)を支給昇給:あり 年1回(4月)

現在、製造施設は中国シンセン、R & D拠点は米フロリダ、

オランダにはEU本社と先進機器の製造施設が設けられ、全世界の患者様の冠動脈疾患に立ち向かうべく活躍しています。

高度先進医療について発表される学会において、高い注目を集める製品を展開しており、

世界70カ国以上においてオーバスネイチメディカルの製品群は臨床の現場で患者様のために使用されています。

競合が多い製品群ですが、現状国内シェアを多く勝ち取っており、心臓や脳の疾患手術に用いられるカテーテルが主製品となります。

手術時の峡部の通過率が比較的高く、価格的にも競争力のある製品であり、今後はステント分野でも新製品が出る予定です。
