■総務業務全般(主に所内業務)

✓発電所委託管理(緑化、清掃、警備等)

✓建物管理(修繕含む)

✓事業計画(一般管理予算)策定

✓安全管理補佐

✓一般管理事務処理

✓発電所イベントの企画(ファミリーデ―、文化会、安全大会等)

✓「標準業務フローの作成」等、発電所一般管理業務の標準化・統一化の集約

■渉外対応業務全般(主に現場業務)

✓発電所運営に係るステークホルダー理解活動(自治体等、主に地域団体への説明)

✓発電所見学者への案内対応等

■その他部門に属せざる業務全般

✓社内外の各種調整等、課題解決に向けて対処すべき事項

※勤務地について

入社後:本社(日本橋ビル)もしくは東日本支社(日比谷ビル)

約1ヶ月後:姉崎火力発電所(千葉県市原市)等

※状況に応じて千葉県内の他火力発電所(千葉、五井、袖ケ浦、富津)等の配属可能性あり

求める経験・スキル
■必須

・大学卒業以上

・総務業務の経験(総務業務全般、渉外・広報対応などの経験をいずれか2年以上)

・リーダーシップ(コミュニケーション能力、課題発見・解決能力、取り纏め・社内外調整力など)

・資料・文書作成能力(主にPowerPoint作成スキル)、情報管理(収集)能力、

・一般的なICTスキル(Word・Excel・PowerPoint・Teams・OneNote等)

・コミュニケーション能力、情報キャッチアップに長けている方

勤務時間
1. フレックスタイム制 本社:勤務時間は7時00分から22時00分の間で自主的に決定し、コアタイムは設けないものとする。 発電所:8時10分から16時50分間で自主的に決定し、コアタイムは設けないものとする。 ただし、1日最低4時間以上勤務しなければならない。 2. 休憩時間 1時間 3. 所定時間外労働 有

土曜日、日曜日、国民の祝日に関する法律で定める休日、年末年始(12/29~1/3)
