Responsibilities
Drive and oversee smooth supply chain operations from start to finish
Create smart cost‑saving strategies without cutting corners
Manage and build strong partnerships with 3PL providers
Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align business goals
Ensure shipping, storage, and delivery run efficiently and on time
Keep inventory balanced, always available, never excessive
Recruit, train, and inspire the team to perform at their best
Collaborate closely with Sales and Finance to deliver results
Requirements
Over 5 years of proven expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations, driving efficiency and process optimization.
3+ years of leadership experience, successfully managing and mentoring diverse teams to achieve operational excellence.
A specialized background in life sciences and the medical device supply chain is preferable
Strong track record in 3PL coordination, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and end-to-end order management, delivering seamless customer satisfaction.
Skilled in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, and others), leveraging technology to streamline workflows and enhance data accuracy.
Native Japanese speaker with business-level English proficiency, enabling effective communication across global teams and stakeholders
Permission to work in Japan
Salary
The company will consider candidates up to 13M JPY annual (client may consider a higher salary based on the candidate's skills and experience).
