What You'll Achieve
Inside Sales Product Specialistとして、顧客の多様なニーズに応える技術的なソリューションをSBのInside Sales Teamに提供します。自身で、あるいは複雑な案件では専門家と連携しながら業務を行います。
You will:
- Microsoft 365、Dynamics 365、Azureに関する販売戦略を実行し、月次・四半期ごとの売上目標達成を目指す
- Microsoft CSPライセンス、更新、ソリューションに関するお問い合わせに対し、一次窓口として高品質なカスタマーエクスペリエンスを提供する
- Dell Technologiesの製品群を深く理解し、複雑かつ多角的なソリューションがお客様のビジネス全体にもたらす利点を説明する
- 戦略的な質問によるニーズ把握を通じ、最適な高度技術ソリューションをコアセールスチームに提案・提供する
- パートナーやディストリビューターとの強固な関係構築を通じて、ソリューション販売・目標達成に貢献する
- セールスキャンペーンを的確かつ迅速に実行する

Desirable Requirements
- 法人向けインサイドセールス経験2~5年以上、または同等の経験
