仕事内容:

弊社では、YouTubeを単なる広報ではなく、企業・商品・企画の価値を伝える中核メディアとして運用しています。

今回募集するのは、

将来的にYouTubeディレクターを担っていただくことを前提とした「編集・切り抜き担当(ディレクター候補)」です。

まずは編集・切り抜きを通して

・コンテンツ理解

・企業理解

・視聴者理解

を深めていただき、その後、企画・構成・ディレクションへステップアップしていただきます。

※YouTube・WEBプロモーションのディレクターとしての経験が十分にある方は、最初からディレクターとしての採用も可能です。

  • YouTube動画の編集・切り抜き作業
  • Shorts/切り抜き動画の制作
  • テロップ・構成の調整
  • ディレクター・企画担当とのすり合わせ

【将来的にお任せしたい業務(ディレクター)】

  • YouTube動画の企画立案・構成設計
  • 撮影前ディレクション(構成・演出・流れ)
  • 撮影現場での進行・演出指示
  • 編集担当への指示出し・品質管理
  • タイトル・サムネイル・冒頭30秒の設計
  • 再生数・CTR・視聴維持率を見た改善提案

求める人材:

必須条件

  • 動画編集の実務経験
  • Premiere Pro 等を用いた編集スキル
  • YouTube動画の構成・テンポを理解している方
  • 魅力的な動画サムネイルの作成スキル
  • いずれかのSNSでフォロワーが100人以上

※趣味・フリー・副業レベルでも構いません

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥280,000 〜 ¥320,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥26,750(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
