仕事内容:

当社は、外国人材を雇用する企業をサポートする登録支援機関です。

登録支援業務のアシスタントとして、以下の業務を担当していただきます。

【登録支援業務】

・外国人雇用企業への定期訪問(電車または自家用車で移動)

・外国人従業員への生活相談・支援対応(主にオンライン)

・支援記録や報告書の作成

・外国人材が来日した際の空港送迎

【経理補佐業務】

・簡単なレシート処理

・経理マネージャーの補助業務

※専門的な決算業務はありません。

※英語力は必須ではありませんが、できれば尚可。

勤務時間・曜日:

■ 勤務時間

扶養範囲内での勤務を想定しております。

週1日(1日3時間程度)からご相談可能です。

※空港送迎や企業訪問の際は、1日の拘束時間が長くなる場合があります。

その場合は事前に日程をご相談のうえ調整いたします。

それ以外の日は、短時間勤務が可能です。

休暇・休日:

・日曜はお休みです

・GW・夏休み・年末年始の長期休暇あり

勤務日は、基本的にご自身のご都合に合わせて調整できます。

「扶養内で働きたい」「家庭と両立したい」という方も安心して働ける環境です。

※空港送迎や企業訪問の日は、あらかじめ日程を相談のうえ、ご協力をお願いする場合があります。
