【仕事内容】

■お客さまが抱える不動産リスクに関して、建物調査、構造診断、土壌・環境の観点で調査、評価等のコンサルティング業務に従事いただきます。

【ミッション・サービス】

土壌・環境Gでは、特定有害物質や油分等による土壌・地下水汚染の評価、行政・近隣対応、対策工事の設計・監理まで、リスクファイナンスを含めて幅広くお客さまをご支援することをミッションとしています。また、PFAS、石綿などの環境リスクに関するソリューションも提供しています。

【具体的には】

◇不動産証券化等におけるPhase1調査(リスク評価)

◇工場閉鎖や再開発に伴う土壌汚染対応(調査~工事コンサル)

◇保険会社との連携業務(引受判断、支払査定等の支援業務)

【配属予定先について】

■不動産リスクソリューション部 土壌・環境グループ

◎メンバー全員が中途採用です。

◎異業種出身のメンバーが活躍しています

例)建設コンサル、工事会社、環境コンサル、分析会社、メーカー系エンジニアリング会社など

◎20代後半~60代前半の幅広い年齢層のメンバーが所属しています。

※2026年6月頃、西新宿エリア内でオフィス移転予定

★土壌を始めとした環境関連の調査から工事コンサル、リスクファイナンスまで幅広くご経験いただくことが可能です。

★会社指定資格があり、業務に関連するものであれば、会社補助を受け資格取得もできます。

【働き方について】

◎必要な場合は出社を前提として、在宅勤務を取り入れているメンバーが多いです。

◎顧客や打合せなど外部への出張や訪問あります。

◎転勤は基本的にはありません。

■土壌汚染調査技術管理者

■土壌環境監理士

※上記いずれかの資格をお持ちの方

■土壌に関する調査・評価・工事の実務経験

■理工系の大学出身者でCADソフトによる図面作成が可能な方

■土壌汚染対策工事のご経験

【給与】

【想定年収】600万円~1000万円(35歳~44歳:例)

【想定月収】50万円~83万円(35歳~44歳:例)

※上記はあくまでモデルであり、年齢・経験・スキル・資格等を踏まえて同社規定にて決定いたします。

※残業代:固定残業制(40H)+超過分別途支給

(内訳:125,280円~202,725円)

※事業場外みなし労働時間制の適用対象 9:00~18:00

フレックスタイム制 (始業)午前5時~午前11時(終業)午後3時~午後10時※1日の標準労働時間は7時間 ※休憩時間:原則午前11時45分~午後0時45分
