仕事内容:

当社はインバウンド旅行会社(Next Japan Travel)と外国人観光客向けの日本料理教室(Cooking Sun)の2つの部門があります。今回の求人では、主にインバウンド旅行会社での事務サポートでご活躍いただける方を探しております。

1、インバウンド旅行会社(Next Japan Travel)

旅行会社部門の正社員数名を主に以下の業務でサポートしていただきます。

  • 見積もり
  • 各種の予約・手配
  • 請求書の振込
  • 旅行者のカスタマーサポート

アピールポイント:

  • 簡単な仕事内容、リラックスした職場環境です。
  • 1日4時間、1週間に4日勤務を基本といたします。
  • 勤務時間は相談のもと、フレキシブルに決めていただけます。

求める人材:

  • 国内または総合旅行業務取扱管理者の資格をお持ちの方
  • 会社でのパソコンを使った事務作業の経験をお持ちの方
  • エクセル、ワードの基礎的な操作ができる方
  • 英語が得意な方(読み、書き、会話が総合的にどれもできる方)歓迎

勤務時間・曜日:

  • 平日10時〜17時の間で4〜5時間勤務
  • 繁忙期は双方合意の上、1時間程度延長での勤務をお願いすることもある
  • 1週間に4日間もしくは5日間勤務

勤務地:

本社(京都市下京区舟屋町679)

アクセス:

四条駅より徒歩10分

待遇・福利厚生:

  • 契約期間の定めなし
  • 交通費全額支給
