【仕事内容】
【業界売上高全国3位/創業以来黒字経営の安定企業/東京】残業20H/土日祝休み/入社3年後の定着率90%以上の働きやすさ抜群の同社にて、解体施工管理業務をお任せいたします。
同社にて、主に施設やビルなどの建物解体工事の施工管理をお任せいたします。

- ゼネコンやデベロッパーとの打ち合わせ
- 協力会社との施工法の打ち合わせ及びプランニング
- 作業スケジュールの作成
- 安全、工程、品質及び予算管理
【案件について】
工種:ビル、倉庫、プラント、工場 等
エリア:1都3県(東京/神奈川/千葉/埼玉)※7割程が都内の案件になります。
工事現場に事務所を併設した場合は、各種事務処理を行なうことが可能な為、毎日営業所まで戻って残務処理をする必要がありません。

入社時研修はもちろん、新入社社員研修(月1回)や先輩によるケーススタディなどの工事勉強会(月1回)があり、未経験でも安心です。
入社3年目で主任や係長への昇格事例もございます。

【想定年収】450万円~800万円(例:25歳~50歳)【想定月収】32万円~57万円(例:25歳~50歳)※経験や年齢等によって、同社規定により決定いたします。※固定残業代45時間分(91,000円~)含みます。※超過分は別途支給いたします。<モデル年収>年収500万円 入社8年目 26歳(月給265,000円+賞与)昇給:年1回賞与:年2回
