今回募集するのは、新築注文住宅の施工管理スタッフです。

資格や知識、今までに培ってきた経験を活かして働けます

ブランクのある方にも丁寧な研修があり、既存スタッフが隣についてサポートいたしますので、ご安心ください。

新築住宅の工程管理、現場監督です。

狭い土地であってもアイデア次第でお客様の理想を叶えることができます。

ぜひ一緒に「お客様の想像を超える家づくり」のお手伝いをしてみませんか?

具体的には・・・

◆工程・品質・安全・原価の管理

◆職人・協力会社との調整

◆お客様との打合せ同行 など

現場作業が多く、お客様の期待も高いので大変な事もありますが、

自分たちの仕事が世の中に残っていくのを見るのは誇らしさがあります。

また、この仕事に必要な技術・知識は日々変化していくので、

新たな技術を学びながら知識を深め、技術を磨いていくことも、仕事の醍醐味のひとつになります。

現場は東京都内と埼玉県内が中心なので、家庭やプライベートとの両立も可能です。

求める人材:

◆要普通免許

◆建築業界での施工管理経験をお持ちの方(年数不問)

◆建築施工管理技士・建築士資格をお持ちの方は優遇します

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制、年末年始、GW

※別途リフレッシュ休暇(9連休)あり

※7月~11月の間のお好きなタイミングで取得可能

入社2年目・・・30代 600万円
