営業事務スタッフ

<お仕事内容>

データ入力/営業資料の作成補助/

契約書の作成・管理/電話・来客対応/

売買契約履行の管理など、店舗運営を

支える幅広い事務業務をお任せします。

給与

月給 245000円 ~

  • 役職により、更にアップ

・主任25万

・係長27万

・課代30万

・課長35万

  • 資格手当

宅建手当毎月5万円支給

  • キャリアアップサポート手当

<全社員対象>

入社後の5年間は、

無条件で毎年基本給が1万円ずつ昇給し、

5年後までに基本給が5万円

上昇することが保証されています。

この手当は基本給に加算されるため、

毎月の給与として受け取ることができます。

このキャリアアップサポート手当は、

  • モデル月収例

役職が主任で基本給が25万円。

そこにインセンティブ15万円を

プラスすると合計で40万円

そして、昇給は年4回

(1月、4月、7月、10月)

業績連動型のインセンティブもあり、

結果を出せば出すほど収入が上がる仕組みです。
