仕事内容:
日本最大手の産業用水処理企業様での中国語⇔日本語の通訳、翻訳、事務業務です。
【通訳】
■内容:
・電子産業事業の部署の定例会議。台湾などの海外ベンダーや顧客との定例会議やアドホックの会議(エンジニアリング関連の技術的なトピックで製品の仕様などのお話がメインです)。
・他部署の会議(調達や営業の部署と業者との会議など、頻度は割と多くなる想定です。)
・海外出張対応(台湾のベンダーのオフィスなど)※頻度は半年に1-2回。1回毎に1-2週間。基本的に出張対応は必須となります。
■日→中、中→日の割合:半々の想定
■会議参加人数:
該当部署での会議は最大5名程度(固定メンバーではなく、会議毎に流動的です。)
他部門での会議の場合は人数未定。
■会議数:各部署あわせて1日の会議数は1-2件、最大で3件程度(各1-2時間)
■会議形態:オンラインがメイン(Teams)、出張中やビジター来日中など対面の会議もあり
■通訳形態:逐次通訳
■通訳体制:1名体制(基本的に他の通訳者様とパートナーを組んでご対応いただくことはないない想定です。)
■業務のスケジュール決定方法:ご担当社員の方と直接調整いただきます。teamsでスケジュールを入れていく方法です。
【翻訳】
台湾のベンダーからの提案資料など(通訳以外の時間で)
※日→中、中→日の割合:半々の想定
【事務】
■議事録作成(オンラインでの会議の場合は録画映像を確認いただけます。出張時の会議の場合は、社員の方のサポートもいただけるため、対応方法をご相談させてください。)
■ベンダーとのアポ取り(出張のスケジュールなど)
■ベンダーの進捗確認、フォローの連絡、伝達事項の連絡、約束事項の催促、状況確認の連絡および報告(直接ご連絡いただきますが、タイミングや内容は社員の方よりご指示があります。)
■出張先の現場の写真撮影(写真撮影可能な場所において)、Teamsチャットでの報告

・エンジニアリング分野での通訳経験
・台湾の中国語に慣れ親しんでいる方
勤務時間・曜日:
■勤務曜日 月; 火; 水; 木; 金
■休日 土; 日; 祝日
■勤務時間 8:45-17:15 (休憩12:00-13:00)
■残業 ほぼ発生なし(台湾との会議が夕方に入った際は最大で18:00頃まで)
■勤務形態 ハイブリッド(開始当初は基本的に通勤、業務に慣れたタイミングでハイブリッドもご相談可)

週休2日制(土日)
勤務地:
・海外出張対応(台湾のベンダーのオフィスなど)※頻度は半年に1-2回。1回毎に1-2週間。基本的に出張対応は必須となります。
・海外よりビジターがあったときなど、ごくまれに東京都中野区のオフィスでの対応も発生。
