仕事内容


MBDに使用される仮想シュミレーション用のソフトウェアを顧客の要望に沿って、要件定義~モデル開発~実装までを行う仕事になります。

数名のチームで、自動車メーカ―に常駐し、先行開発に携わります。

当社では自動運転・ADASでの計算負荷の高いアルゴリズムに対応すべく、LSI設計事業との連携を進めています。

【具体的には】

1.MILS(Model in the loop simulation)制御設計

2.RCP(Rapid control proto typing)実機にて制御設計の検証

3.ACG(Auto code generation)量産コード設計、対象はCPU/GPU/FPGA

4.HIL(Hardware in the loop)量産コードのリアルタイム検証

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり19日 〜 22日

9:00-18:00(所定労働時間8時間/休憩1時間)

※月平均残業:15時間

常駐先により異なる場合があります。

休日休暇


完全週休2日制(土日)、祝日 年末年始休暇(12/30~1/3) 慶弔休暇 有給休暇10日~(半日から取得可能です。) 【年間休日120日】

勤務地


面接等は本社(新横浜)にて行います。

実際の就業先は神奈川県・東京都を中心とした客先や在宅勤務となります。

就業先の決定には希望を考慮いたします。

給与詳細


基本給:年俸 500万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

月収:41.7万円~ ※年俸を12分割で支給いたします。

固定残業代:月45時間相当の固定残業代として93,000円(想定月収41.7万円)~を支給し、45時間超過分は別途支給いたします。

昇給(年1回)、賞与(年2回業績により支給)、通勤交通費全額支給(車通勤の場合、当社規定により支給します。)

【未経験者】月給30~40万円

6ヶ月後に正社員登用された場合、契約社員期間は退職金(勤続3年以上)の算定期間に含まれます。

チーム体制を組んでプロジェクトに参画いただきます。

技術社員は20名~25名程度で、40代50代のメンバーが中心です。
