仕事内容:

大手商社グループの業務部員に関する人事・総務・庶務・経理をお願いします。

約150名の部内の人事管理や計上業務・請求書作成・経費チェックなどの経理関連業務をお任せします。

その他、メールアドレスやシステムIDの管理・通行証管理などの部内総務なども幅広くご対応いただきます。

残業時間管理、組織図更新、既存ファイルの修正等でマクロやクエリが組まれているフォーマットを使用しますが、1から組むことはありません。

・部内人事管理(デイリーの勤怠管理、残業管理、有給管理、36協定管理、在宅勤務管理等)

・経理関連業務(計上、請求書作成、経費チェック等)

・部内総務管理(メールアドレス付与、システムID付与、PC管理、通行証管理、部員への情報展開、会議室予約等)

・本社からの問い合わせ対応

・企画グループの正社員サポート業務(資料作成、庶務)
