経営企画部門責任者候補【再生医療×ニコンG/経営の意思決定へ繋ぐ司令塔/複数プロジェクトの戦略統括】
【仕事内容】
ニコングループで細胞受託等を行う同社にて再生医療等製品の受託製造・受託開発に関する各種プロジェクトの動向をキャッチし、最適なリソース配分(ヒト・モノ・カネなど)を計画することをお任せいたします。
- プロジェクト関係部署間でのスケジュール調整
- プロジェクト動向の把握(特に、売上モニタリング)
- 経営層向けの社内会議資料作成及び会議のファシリテーション
- 長期的な事業戦略(投資計画等)の起案
【働きがい】
(1) 「情報のハブ」として巨大組織を動かす醍醐味
各部門(営業・開発・製造)に点在する断片的な情報を集約し、全社最適なスケジュールと投資判断を導き出す「ハブ」の役割を担います。単なる管理ではなく、部門間の利害を調整し、事業を前進させる実感が得られます。
(2) 「未整備な管理体制」をゼロから仕組み化する
現在は企画部が兼任しており、管理体制は発展途上です。既存の枠組みに沿うのではなく、売上モニタリングの手法や、部門間調整のプロセスそのものを自ら設計し、組織の標準(OS)を作ることができます。
(3) 高度な構造化能力が試される「現場×計数」の融合
再生医療という難解なドメインにおいて、現場の進捗(非定型な情報)を正確に数値化し、売上計画に反映させる。この「翻訳」作業には、極めて高い地頭と構造化スキルが求められるため、知的好奇心の強い方には最適な環境です。

【募集背景】
Lonza社との提携も後押しとなり、同社の、再生医療向け細胞の受託開発・製造(CDMO)事業は急拡大フェーズにあります。
それに伴い、複数の開発・製造プロジェクトが同時進行しており、事業全体を俯瞰して経営資源(ヒト・モノ・カネ)を最適に配分する、高度な事業マネジメント機能の強化が急務となりました。
そこで今回、各プロジェクトの動向を正確に把握し、売上や投資計画をモニタリングしながら、経営層に対して戦略的な提言を行う『経営企画』担当を募集します。
部署間の調整役にとどまらず、長期的な事業戦略の起案までを担う、事業の司令塔としての役割をお任せいたします。
