仕事内容
【業務内容】
本ポジションでは、プロスポーツチームのSNSアカウント運用をご担当いただきます。運用する媒体の選定から、どのようなコンテンツを配信するかといった設計の段階から関われるポジションです。スポーツ業界での経験は問いません。これまでにSNSマーケティングを通じて、自社またはクライアント企業の成果創出に貢献した経験をお持ちの方を歓迎します。SNS運用の知見や企画力を活かし、裁量を持って施策を推進したい方に最適な環境です。
具体的な業務内容は下記です。
・SNS運用方針の設計・媒体選定:プロスポーツチームの特性や目的(認知拡大・ファンエンゲージメント向上など)を踏まえ、運用するSNS媒体の選定および全体の運用方針・KPI設計を行います。
・コンテンツ企画・投稿運用:投稿内容の企画立案、投稿スケジュールの設計、テキスト・画像・動画などのコンテンツ制作ディレクションを行い、継続的なSNS運用を推進します。
・効果測定・改善提案:投稿やアカウントの数値(エンゲージメント、フォロワー推移など)を分析し、結果をもとに改善施策の提案・実行を行います。

- 稼働:月50時間~/在宅勤務・フルリモートOK
②住宅・建築系クライアントのSNS運用(Instagram/YouTube)【時給2,500円~3,500円】
- 住宅・建築関連企業の自社SNSを中心に、企画立案~運用・投稿管理・レポーティングを担当。
- Instagram/YouTubeでの動画コンテンツ運用経験を活かせるポジション。
- 稼働:月40時間/完全在宅ワーク・在宅勤務可能/フルリモート対応
③SNSマーケティング支援会社でのディレクション業務【時給2,800円~3,500円】
- YouTube/TikTok/InstagramなどのSNS戦略立案・分析・運用ディレクションを中心に担当。
- 実運用担当者と連携しながら、エンゲージメント改善や広告施策の最適化を推進。
- 稼働:月60時間程度/在宅勤務・完全在宅ワーク可能
④動画SNS(YouTube/TikTok/Instagram)運用・企画担当【時給2,500円~3,500円】
- SNSチャンネルの動画企画・撮影・編集・投稿分析を担当。
- 再生回数・エンゲージメント(いいね・保存・コメント)向上をKPIに改善を推進。
- 稼働:月40時間程度/在宅勤務・リモートワークOK/完全在宅対応
給与詳細
時給1,500~5,000円
