仕事内容:

業界初の注文住宅サービス(特許申請中)を提供する

「IEGAO」の更なる成長を目指し、『注文住宅営業』を募集します。

契約のためには地道な努力を求められますが、取引額は数千万円にも上り、

お客様にも喜んでいただける。大きなやりがいがある仕事です。

将来的にはマネジメントも担って頂くことを想定しています

■具体的な業務内容

①アポイントの取得

お問合せいただいたお客様に、電話にて弊社サービスのご紹介をします。

要望をきちんと把握し、スピード感を持って

ご連絡することでお客様の信頼を得ることができます。

※完全反響営業になります。

②商談・物件案内

月々のお支払いイメージが持てるよう具体的な資金計画のご提案をします。

予算に合わせてお客様のご要望を整理して、条件の整理・物件の検討などを行います。

その後、お客様と一緒に物件現地に向かい、物件や周辺環境のご案内をします。

③契約・ローンなど各種手続き

お客様と契約を締結します。「〇〇さんと出会ってよかった」と喜んでいただける瞬間です。

ご購入後も各種手続きを専門部署と協力し、お客様に物件をお引渡しするまでサポートしていきます。

求める人材:

・接客(営業)のご経験1年以上

※上記経験がない方でもコミュニケーションに自信がある方は歓迎します

☆普通自動車免許お持ちの方※AT限定可※

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00~19:00

夜間勤務:なし

■労働時間:7時間30分

■休憩90分(昼休憩60分、15分休憩×2回)

〈年収例〉

・1年目(25歳) 350万円

・3年目(27歳) 400万円

・5年目(30歳) 500万円

〈補足情報〉

■年収350万円~420万円 ※インセンティブ抜き

■年収600万円~1200万円 ※インセンティブ込み

■月給:250,000円~350,000円(固定残業代20時間分含む)

【内訳】

■基本給 218,400円~305,800円

■固定残業代 31,600円~44,200円(固定残業時間20時間0分/月)
