Job Description
This role will be counter part of any projects under data topic. Program Manager has to act as a counterpart for our client division head to gather business requirements and resources demands.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Primary:
1. Deliver a million-dollar transition program
2. Manage onsite & offshore team to deliver the project on time, quality and budget.
3. Stakeholder Management - Senior level of client and offshore team
4. Work with client closely to resolve any issues.
Secondly:
1. Support sales team for exploring the business opportunities.
2. Support practices to improve capabilities, and methodologies
Job Description - Grade Specific
Requirements & Qualifications:
Must Have:
1. Bilingual Japanese and English (professional Japanese (N1 or Native) and business English)
2. A large scale program management experiences
3. 5+ years Project management with onsite and offshore delivery model.
4. Experienced or familiar with IT outsourcing model and how to manage offshore team
5. Communication and presentation skills with senior management level.
6. Deep understanding of Agile software development
