会員数200万人超、加盟店舗数1,700店以上を誇る

ケーキ・スイーツ専門ECサイト「」。

SNSやメディアで話題になる自社ブランド(例:絵本クッキー缶)や

OEMスイーツ、卸・POPUP向け商品の拡大に伴い、

在庫・調達を専門に支えるMDアシスタントを募集します。

スイーツは賞味期限があるため、

在庫管理の精度=事業の利益・ブランド価値に直結します。

本ポジションは、ヒット商品を「一過性のブーム」で終わらせず、

継続的に売れ続ける事業へ育てる重要な役割です。

業務内容

【具体的な業務内容】

■ 在庫管理・適正配置

  • EC、卸先(GMS・百貨店)、催事会場など拠点別の在庫数管理
  • 賞味期限ロスを防ぐための在庫移動・数量調整
  • 在庫過多・不足が見込まれる際のアラート・調整

■ 調達事務・発注管理

  • MD計画に基づいたOEM先への発注実務
  • 納期確認、仕入データのシステム入力
  • 数量・納期・条件の確認や調整

■ 社内連携・調整

  • MD、物流、倉庫、外注先との連携
  • 複数案件を並行して進めるための進行管理

求める人材:

必須条件

  • 事務・運用・数値管理いずれかの実務経験(目安:2年以上/業界不問)
  • Excel/Googleスプレッドシートを用いたデータ管理経験
  • (VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブル等)
  • 複数の関係者と調整しながら業務を進めた経験

歓迎条件

  • アパレル・雑貨・食品などSKU数の多い商材の取り扱い経験
  • 在庫管理、MD、調達、発注事務の経験
  • 倉庫・物流拠点・外注先とのオペレーション経験

勤務時間・曜日:

  • フレックスタイム制度(標準労働時間8時間/日)
  • コアタイム:10:00~15:00
  • フレキシブルタイム:6:00~10:00、15:00~22:00
  • 勤務日:平日(月~金)
  • 休日:土日祝休み
  • 勤務形態:原則週3回の出社、週2回のリモート勤務
  • 休憩時間:1時間(実働8時間)

休暇・休日:

フレックスタイム制

(標準労働時間8時間/コアタイム10:00~15:00)

※週3回出社・週2回リモートのハイブリッド勤務

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥300,000 〜 ¥375,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥71,000〜¥88,800(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

※経験・能力を考慮の上、決定します。

● 通勤手当(月上限3万円)

● 住宅手当(西新宿オフィスから3km以内、月3万円支給 ※規定あり)
