仕事内容:

東京都中野区の建築現場で、正社員として型枠大工として活躍していただきます。月給24万円から46万円という幅広い給与体系で、あなたのスキルアップに応じて収入も増えていく仕組みが整っています。

建築基礎工事は建築物の根幹を支える極めて重要な工程です。コンクリート型枠の組み立てから、構造図面の読み取りと施工、品質管理と安全確認、工具・資材の準備と管理まで、多角的な技術を習得できます。未経験からのスタートでも安心です。なぜなら、この会社は資格取得に関わる費用を全額バックアップする徹底したサポート制度を備えているからです。

勤務は月曜から土曜(土曜休みの相談も可能)、8時から17時までの日勤のみ。実働7時間に休憩120分という設計で、月の残業は約10時間程度に抑えられています。プライベートや家庭の時間を大切にしながら、確かな技術を磨き続けることができる環境です。

朝8時から夕方5時までの日勤体制で、深夜勤務の負担がありません。月10時間程度の残業だから、家庭や趣味の時間も大切にできます。
