Sales Account Manager, SRCJob Description
・既存顧客の維持、新規処方の獲得ならびに新規顧客・市場の開拓・育成を行う。
・複雑な顧客情報の収集・分析に基づく、具体的な行動計画の策定・実行を行う。
・ソリューションビジネスの拡大
・地域KOLの窓口対応となる。
・Drの処方に従った患者様在宅使用の機器の導入を行う。
・担当施設・患者様の器械を正確に管理する。
・院内ルールの遵守、倫理にかなった営業活動をする。
・売上目標を達成する。
・社内業務(売上処理、器台管理)
・その他、 緊急対応
有り。将来的にマネージャーとしての活躍を期待しております。様々な経験を積んで頂くために、将来的に転居を伴う転勤が発生致します。(社宅などの補助あり)
求める経験
・学歴:高卒以上
・営業経験1年以上(法人・個人問わず)
・在宅医療に興味をお持ちの方
・過去入社者の8割以上が医療業界未経験者です。業界未経験の方でもOJTなどでしっかり研修致します。
【業務内容】医療機器に関する営業
【契約期間】期間の定めなし
【試用期間】試用期間あり(原則として入社日より6ヶ月)
【就業場所】全国各支店
【就業時間】9:00-17:30 休憩時間:1時間
【残業】月30、40時間程度
【休日】年間休日125日、毎週土(所定休日)・日曜日(法定休日)、国民の祝日、年末年始(12月29日~1月4日)私傷病休暇、有給休暇、慶弔休暇等
【有給休暇】初年度20日付与(入社月により異なる)
【時間外労働】みなし勤務時間制
【月給】基本給+みなし手当て(基本給25%)×12ヶ月+インセンティブ30%
【加入保険】社会保険(厚生年金保険、健康保険)・労働保険(雇用保険、労災保険)
【退職金】有
