仕事内容


※店舗研修について※

ご入社から1か月間は、「表参道本店」での店舗業務に従事いただきます。ブランドの価値観やこだわり、お客様の動向をご理解いただく機会として、配属先に関わらず皆様ご参加をいただきます。予めご承知おきください。

<仕事についての詳細>

製品(スキンケア・メイク・フレグランス・ヘアケア等)の企画開発

具体的には以下の業務をお任せします。

  • コンセプトの検討
  • 企画立案(訴求メッセージ・使用感・効果の骨子検討、訴求成分の検討、原価計算など)
  • 開発先の選定(社内開発部門or外注)、バルク試作、開発
  • 販売個数の検討、類似製品の実績抽出

※取扱製品:スキンケア製品、メイクアップ製品、フレグランス製品など

※年間ローンチ数:約140SKU

※変更の範囲:会社が定める業務

プロモーションのゴールを決めてからスタートする会議はありません。

製品数も多く、ジャンルもたくさんですが、部⾨の担当はざっくりしか決めておらず、やりたい⼈がやるのがわたしたちのスタイル。

給与


【給与】

年俸 6,000,000円~10,000,000円

※ 経験・前職を考慮し、弊社規程により決定

・試用期間3ケ月(ライフサポート休暇、年次有給休暇は試用期間終了後付与)

・賞与年2回(6月・12月)※本人実績による

・昇給年1回(4月)※本人実績による
