■入社後の業務内容:

経営の意思決定と連動しながら、BPO事業の中核を担うアプリケーション基盤の統合・再構築を

リードしていただきます。

アプリケーションサービスの責任者として、戦略立案からプロジェクト推進、現場での活用支援までを

一貫して推進いただきます。

・アプリケーション統合・開発戦略の立案と推進

・M&A・事業再編に伴うアプリケーション統合のプログラムマネジメント

・アジャイル/DevOps体制の導入と定着

・IT投資ポートフォリオの最適化とROI最大化

・サービス品質の維持・向上(安定稼働と継続的改善)

・グループ各社・ホールディングスとの連携(経営層との合意形成)

・組織・人材開発の推進(変革を担うチームづくり)

求める人材:

<必須条件>

・アプリケーション構築、導入(スクラッチ開発/パッケージ導入)において中規模以上のプロジェクト

推進のご経験

・アプリケーションサービス開発組織/保守運用組織のマネジメント知見

・10~20名以上の組織マネジメント、もしくはプロジェクトマネジメント経験

・論理的思考、事象の言語化/ドキュメント能力(問題を構造的に整理し、第三者が理解できるよう説明できる力)

・事業会社におけるITサービスの企画/運営経験

・アプリケーション設計・実装経験

・クラウド環境における中規模以上のアプリケーションアーキテクチャの設計経験
