<仕事内容>

\企業の成長をITで支える仕事/

大手クライアントを中心に

IT戦略立案や導入支援を担当。

・ITコスト削減の支援

・システム調達のサポート

・PMOによる進行管理など

プロジェクト全体の管理業務や

関係者との調整もお任せします。

業務分析や業務設計を通じて

プロセス改善も行っていただきます。

・業務改革に向けた現状分析

・改善案の立案と提案

・新業務プロセスの設計など

また、大規模システムの刷新や

新規事業立案支援もお任せします。

業界は金融・製造・通信・人材など

国内外の大手企業がメインです。

IT領域でのご経験があれば、コンサルタント未経験でも構いません。

求める人材:

【必須要件】

・IT領域におけるエンジニアの実務経験1年以上

・設計~開発のご経験(アプリ/インフラ不問)1年以上

【歓迎要件】

・マネジメント経験

・PMO経験

・コンサルティングファーム出身

・ビジネスレベルの英語力

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間

10:00~19:00 (休憩1時間)

※平均残業時間:25時間程度

・大阪府大阪市中央区平野町2丁目4番9号 淀屋橋 PREX4階

上記もしくは東京近郊、大阪近郊、福岡近郊のクライアント先

※プロジェクトにより他拠点の案件にリモートにて参画いただくこともあります

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥4,000,000 〜 ¥6,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥78,431〜¥117,647(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

■賃金形態 年俸制(固定残業40時間分含む、超過分別途支給)

※マネージャー職以上は専門型裁量労働制

■通勤手当 会社規定に基づき支給

■退職金 無 (企業型確定拠出年金あり

■社宅 無

■社員寮 有 ※入寮条件あり
