【職務概要】

マネージャー職としてエンタープライズ市場をターゲットとした大手SIerパートナー企業をご担当いただきます。

パートナー企業様の戦略と特性、また同社戦略を踏まえて立案したアカウントプランをベースに、パートナー企業様のマネジメントを行っていただきます。

また、パートナー企業様によるエンドユーザーへの同社ソリューション提案機会の拡大に向けたアカウントプランの作成と実行による数十億の売上獲得がメインミッションです。

【職務詳細】

・担当パートナー企業様の戦略と同社戦略を踏まえたアカウントプランの策定と実行

・顧客セグメント特性に応じた販売拡大施策の立案、展開

・パートナー企業様の組織理解と関係構築

・担当パートナー企業様の同社窓口のみならず、役員層から業種毎の現場部門まで網羅的なアプローチ活動

・製品トレーニングやパートナー企業様共催でのエンドユーザ向けセミナーの実施

※将来的な可能性はあるかもしれませんがご入社してすぐのPeople Managementのアサインは想定しておりません。

【求める人材】

【必須】

・IT業界におけるソリューション営業経験5年以上

・SIerパートナー企業様への提案経験、マネジメント経験3年以上

・パートナー様、エンドユーザー様等、ビジネス関係者と円滑なコミュニケーションを取ることができる方

【尚可】

・サイバーセキュリティ関連製品の取り扱い経験

・アカウントプランの推進、PDCAの実践経験

【給与】

年収:700万~1300万程度

月給制:月額583333円

給与:■ご経験、スキルを考慮して決定いたします

賞与:年4回(四半期ごと)

昇給:年1回
