業務内容


【仕事内容】

分譲マンション・住宅のリフォームやリノベーションの工事現場の管理・補助を行っていただける方を募集いたします。

リフォーム、リノベーション物件のご依頼が増加している中で、工事現場の管理監督ができる、施工管理は市場価値が非常に高く、高収入が目指せるお仕事です。

施工管理技士を目指し、未経験からでもしっかり教えながら一人前になるように支援していきます。

最初は慣れないこともあるため、先輩社員に同行し、施工業務に関わる補助作業、現場での写真撮影や書類の準備やサポート業務など、半年~1年かけてじっくり仕事の流れを習得していきましょう。

慣れてくれば、徐々にスケジュール管理、現場のディレクション、協力会社との調整などにも挑戦していきます。

分からないことや、業務等のサポート体制は整っているので安心して仕事を覚えられます

【お任せする仕事】

  • 担当物件の施工管理・監督業務・監督補助業務

担当している物件が、計画通りに進行しているか、安全性や品質がクリアしているか工事全体を管理します。

計画に遅れが出ないよう、時には現場の作業をサポートも行います。

各現場では、7~10名の職人さんと進めます。

当社と長くお付き合いのある職人さんばかりで、協力的な関係があるため、お仕事も進めやすいです。

  • スケジュール管理

現場の各セクションの職人さんが動きやすいように工事スケジュールを立て、問題なく進行しているか管理します。

  • 現場のディレクション

「壁をもう少し内側に設置する」「天井をくらいの高さで」など図面通りに工事が進むように現場で職人さんたちへ依頼を行います。

複数の現場を同時に担当、品質・スケジュール・予算・人員などの管理をしていきましょう。

  • お客様との電話やメール応対等

不動産屋さん、職人さん、材料の商社の方など進行についてなど、日々やり取りを行います。

※エリアは東京、神奈川、千葉、埼玉です。効率よく移動ができるよう、一人前になった後は担当エリアを割り振ります。

※担当物件数は4件前後です。

※一案件あたりの工期は約2ヶ月です。

【一日の仕事の流れ(例)】

  • 9:00 現場集合 ※社用車で直行することが多いです。

社用車で各現場を回っていきます。

現場ごとの移動時間の目安は30~60分で、効率よく回れるように担当エリアを決めています。

  • 9:00~16:00 各現場で工程・品質を管理

工事の進捗状況を確認。

各工程の写真を撮影したり、図面通りに作業が進んでいるかディレクションをしたり、近隣からのクレームがないか、など確認。

  • 17:00 帰社

現場で撮影した各工程の写真を用いて、報告書類を作成。

※スケジュールに応じて、現場から直帰することも多いです。

  • 18:00 退勤

慣れてくれば、職人さんとも仲良く、裁量を持って働けるようになっていきます。

ゆくゆくは「建築施工管理士」の資格取得も目指し、経験・スキルを身につけながら、業界でも人手不足で市場価値の高い施工管理士を目指していきましょう

  • 2級建築士・建築施工管理技士などを持っている/勉強中だと

普通自動車免許(AT可)で運転に慣れている
