コールセンターの管理、運営のお仕事です。

当社の派遣先でのスーパーバイザー業務となります。

派遣先であるクライアントとの関係構築や

当社スタッフのマネジメントがミッションとなります。

【具体的には】

・クライアントへの提案・相談・折衝

・業務フローの設計、進行管理

・スタッフの教育研修、フォロー

・マニュアルの作成 など。

信頼関係を構築し、サービス向上に向けて取り組みます。

もちろん先輩社員がしっかりフォローしますので、ご安心ください。

【給与について】

時給2000円~

契約社員での雇用です。

【昇給・賞与】

給与改定:年2回

賞与:年2回(6月、12月)

決算賞与:年1回(9月)

勤務時間:10:00~19:00,9:00~18:00,12:00~21:00

勤務期間:長期

(6か月更新)

9:00~21:00の間でシフト制
