【業務内容詳細】
▼勤怠管理~給与計算後のチェック(約200名分)
・勤怠締め:毎月15日・月末締め/月初2~3営業日でチェック
・給与支払:末締め・翌月25日支払い
▼入退社手続き(書類回収・証明書発行・システム登録)
▼社会保険手続き
▼その他、健康診断予約など
【使用ツール】ジョブカン、Excel、チャット(Chatowork)
【体制】部署:計3名 ※労務担当2名
【業務の進め方】社員より業務のレクチャーあり。
※給与計算/社会保険手続きは、社労士と連携しながら進めていただきます。
・10月開始のお仕事です。
※事前のお休み相談可能です。
【例】10:00~18:00/09:00~17:00(各休憩60分)など

アルコール消毒の設置/換気実施
