仕事内容


本社、事業推進職(総合職)として採用し、管理本部経理部に配属で以下の業務を担当していただきます。

【給与・勤怠管理、社会保険・会計等の経理部業務全般と管理職の補佐】

・経理部内の業務の進捗&品質管理(給与勤怠管理、社会保険関係の業務が主な対象)のサポート

・業務SOPの作成、部内の業務改善(DX化推進等)の推進

・管理職の補佐として、部内のとりまとめと業務の進捗管理

・組織、グループなどでマネジメント経験がある方。

・コミュニケーション力を活かして活躍いただける方。

・会社組織におけるリーダーなどの経験がある方。

・標準的なPCスキル(エクセル・ワード・パワーポイントなど)

他の部署とのコミュニケーションが多い職場になります。

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日

勤務時間:9:00~17:30(昼休憩 1時間)

休日休暇


完全週休2日(土日祝日 休み)、年末年始休暇(12月30日~1月3日)、GW

・有給休暇、入社時特別休暇(入社から6ヶ月以内:2日)、慶弔休暇、介護休暇、産前産後休暇、育児休暇など

給与詳細


基本給:月給 24万円 〜 26万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

通勤交通費(上限なし)、職務手当(10,000)、住宅手当(10,000~)、家族手当有、時間外勤務手当等々あり。

給与例


月給24万円~26万円(住宅手当、家族手当等を除く)

入社時の想定年収 400万円~

筆記試験なし、1次面接時に適性検査(学力検査ではありません)を受けていただきます。
