仕事内容:

◆不動産営業経験者大募集次のステップを検討してみませんか?

不動産購入希望のお客様への反響対応および、売買仲介業務を担当していただきます。

当社の営業方針・サポート体制のもと、売主・買主への物件提案、内見対応、契約業務まで一連の業務を行っていただきます。

大きく2つのパターンから不動産売買仲介営業を行っていただきます。

【反響提供】

当社がホームページ、不動産広告、ポータルサイトなどで獲得する反響の対応からの営業

(還元率:65%~70%/東京・城西エリアのみ)

★城西エリアで活動可能な方は月2件の反響を付与できます

【自己開拓】

紹介など自らのネットワークで集客して物件を販売

(還元率:75%/エリアは問いません ※専有物件の売買は城西エリアのみです)

<どんな物件>

練馬区・杉並区など東京都内でも人気のエリアが中心単価は5000万円~7000万円が相場。中には億を超える取引もあります。新築戸建、中古戸建、土地、中古マンションなどお客様のニーズに合わせて物件を提案していきます。

<どんな反響>

専有物件を持ち、また広告戦略には力を入れていますので「購入を検討している」という確度の高い反響を獲得しています。振り分けた反響のお客様を追客しながら契約を目指してください。もちろん、自らのネットワークで集客したお客様への販売もOKその場合は、より高い歩合給を支給しています。

求める人材:

※不動産営業経験者対象

■学歴不問/要普免(AT限定可)

■不動産営業の実務経験がある方(売買仲介)

■副業・兼業もOK(不動産業界以外)

勤務時間・曜日:

■業務の進め方・時間配分はご自身で調整可能

※定例ミーティング(月1回/オンライン)

※本社の営業時間:9:30~18:30

※本社の休業日:毎週水曜日+第1・第2・第3火曜日9:30~18:30

休暇・休日:

■原則自由

※営業活動・内見に合わせてご自身で決めてスケジュール調整が可能です

※業務は在宅を中心に行っていただけます

東京都杉並区梅里 第三日東ビル4階

アクセス:

■フルリモート勤務(在宅OK)

※出勤義務なし、好きな場所で働けます

※月1回程度の定例ミーティング(Webで進捗共有を実施)

※反響は城西エリアが中心のため、物件内見などご案内ができるエリアに限定。

反響の振り分けを希望されない方は全国どこでもOK

給与:

■社員の平均年収800万円

<モデル報酬>

■6,000万円の物件の販売が決まった場合、手数料3%=180万円

→当社反響の場合、報酬126万円

→自己開拓の場合、報酬135万円
