【技術職】ウエハ研磨機の立ち上げ・保守対応/フィールドサービスエンジニア募集/出張あり/35
自社製ウエハ研磨機を扱う装置メーカーで、立ち上げ・保守・トラブル対応を行う技術職をお任せ致します。
【業務内容】
1. 装置の立ち上げ・設置
顧客先にてウエハ研磨機の物理的な設置作業
初期設定や動作確認、テスト運転の実施
装置が仕様通りに稼働するかを検証
トラブル対応・修理
装置の不具合や故障時に迅速な原因特定と修理対応
過去の事例や技術資料を活用したトラブルシューティング
顧客とのヒアリングを通じて問題の背景を把握定期メンテナンス
装置の安定稼働を維持するための定期点検・部品交換
ソフトウェアのアップデートや動作確認顧客対応・技術説明
装置の操作方法や保守方法の説明
顧客の要望に応じた技術的なアドバイスや提案
長期的な信頼関係の構築社内連携・報告業務
トラブルや対応履歴の社内共有
製品改善や開発部門へのフィードバック

勤務時間:8:30~17:20(休憩:50分)

月給 23万円~32万円
(一律手当を含む)

・扶養家族を有する単身赴任者:50,000円/月

・赴任地と自宅の直線距離250Km以上
・扶養家族を有する単身赴任者(1回/2カ月)
