仕事内容

【GATSBYなど有名商品多数】契約書の作成審査・交渉・管理。商品や広告物のチェック、商標の管理などをお任せします。

具体的には

・各種契約書の作成審査・交渉・管理

・商品・販促広告物の表現内容のチェック

・商標および意匠の調査・出願・管理

・各種法律相談、社内教育

・コンプライアンスの強化徹底・推進業務

対象となる方

【経験者募集】5年以上の法務業務の実務経験/英語を使用した法務業務の実務経験がある方。法務関係の資格も活かせます

・5年以上の法務業務の実務経験

・英語を使用した法務業務の実務経験

【歓迎】

・製造業における5年以上の法務業務の実務経験

・コンプライアンス関連業務経験があればより望ましい

・法務関係の資格(ビジネス実務法務検定など)
