業務内容
障害特性を持ちながら、担当業務領域で活躍するチームメンバーのマネジメント。メンバーが活躍できる業務内容や業務量の調整、より良い職場環境の整備を行う。
必要に応じてチーム業務を整理し、業務推進や改善をリード・サポートする(以下業務領域)

応募要件
求める経験・スキル
障がい者手帳をお持ちであること(等級は問いません)
メルカリグループが運営するサービスの利用経験・知識
事業会社で3年以上の職務経験
GoogleSuites やSlackなどでのコミュニケーションに抵抗がないこと
各種ITツールに対して抵抗感がなく、一定のPCスキルを有していること
利用ツール:Google Workspace(ドキュメント / スプレッドシート/ スライドなど)、Slack、Concur、ServiceNowなど
一定のPCスキル:Excelで言うとVlookup関数を扱えるレベル
安定的な稼働ができ、週に2回以上出社ができること
口頭および文書での優れたコミュニケーション力
社内外問わず、様々な方と合意形成を行ってきたかた
新規業務フローの構築や業務改善および自動化の経験および関心
人事や採用業務・人材派遣業界などでの就業経験が3年以上
労働者派遣法に知見があるかた
歓迎する経験・スキル
健康診断関連業務やストレスチェック関連業務の経験があるかた
私傷病休職者の対応経験があるかた
衛生管理者等の資格があるかた
関連法令の基本的な知識があるかた
チームのリーダーやマネジメント経験がある方
障がいを持つメンバーを含むチームのリーダーやマネジメント経験がある方
英語環境での業務経験やコミュニケーションに抵抗がないこと
語学力
日本語: Proficient(CEFR - C1)
