【業務内容】

電子事業本部では、ICパッケージ基板の開発から生産までを手掛けています。研究開発部では3~5年先の次世代パッケージ基板の研究開発を行っており、要素技術3グループでは次世代向けパッケージ基板の薄膜、レジスト、エッチングなどの工程を担当し、プロセス技術の構築と量産プロセスの改善を推進しています。

入社後はレジスト工程を担当いただき、以下の業務を行っていただきます。

・新規製品仕様に対応するICパッケージ基板におけるレジスト形成技術の構築、および工法や設備の検討 (設備の開発自体は別部署が行いますが、求めるプロセスを実現するための仕様検討などを担当していただきます)

・主にポストバンプ形成プロセスにおける量産設備を用いたレジスト形成試験、レジスト材料評価、および解析

【給与】

モデルケース 大学卒 30歳:550万円/年

*経験年数:8年、時間外労働20時間/月含む

大学卒 35歳:670万円/年(裁量労働制)

*経験年数:13年、扶養家族1名

※一定の職位以上は、裁量労働制を適用 (目安600万円~)

裁量労働手当(20時間/月の残業に相当)及び職務手当あり

※試用期間は、裁量労働制を適用しないため、残業時間に応じて支給

※通勤手当(距離に応じたガソリン代支給、公共交通機関の定期代実費支給)

※公共交通機関、自転車、徒歩通勤の場合、ECO通勤手当支給

【雇用形態】

正社員(試用期間3ヶ月)

【休日休暇】

・年間休日:123日

土日祝 (完全週休二日制)、GWなどの長期休暇あり

・有給休暇:正社員登用時に6-20日付与※入社日により付与日数変動
