■ Job Title: Senior frontend Engineer
■ Company Overview
Recently provide CashFlow Card, give users with more accessible and convenient fintech services that were previously not possible with credit cards and credit services by integrating with the CashFlow payment platform. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about refining our products at an overwhelming speed that no other company can match, and promoting the spread of cashless payments in Japan and the financial life platform that uses them.
■ Your Role and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and diverse technical teams to implement features effectively.
• Enhance the frontend architecture in alignment with product and technical roadmaps.
• Contribute to realizing the product and organizational vision.
• Share knowledge, engage in code reviews, and provide feedback to maintain best practices within the team.
• Enhance the long-term technical quality of the product.
• Prioritize, debug, and resolve product issues promptly to ensure product reliability and stability.
• Frontend web application:
o Main implementation is in Nuxt 3 3, TypeScript)
o Storybook is used for component visualization and UI testing
o Form validation is handled by Vee-validate
o Google Analytics is used for product reporting
o Web application are deployed on AWS ECS, in a Docker container
• Coding environment: GitHub, Visual Code
• Documentation & Project management: Confluence, Miro, JIRA
• Communication: Slack, Zoom, Office 365
■ Experience and Qualifications
• Minimum of 7 years of industry experience in developing secure web frontend applications using JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• At least 1 year of industry experience with (preferred) or React.
• Proficiency in designing frontend architecture.
• Demonstrated experience in leading frontend project development.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and computer science principles.
• Experience in building frontend hosting infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Proficient in English for business communication.
■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with launching a frontend product.
• Proficiency in frontend performance monitoring and optimization techniques.
• Experience in designing and implementing server-side RESTful APIs to support frontend functionality.
• Understanding of web components and/or island architecture.
• Previous exposure to working in multicultural environments.
• Stakeholder management skills are valued.
• Conversational Japanese is advantageous.
