業務内容
●     ゲームレベルやライブイベントの設計および統合プロセスの確立 ●     魅力的なビジュアルストーリー、カットシーン、ミニゲーム、イベント、クエストの設計 ●     関連部署と連携し、ビジュアルストーリーテリング技術を用いたレベルとイベントのコンセプトやストーリーボードの作成 ●     ゲームメカニクス、ルール、システムの設計 ●     ゲームプロトタイプ化と、ステークホルダーからのフィードバック収集、プレイテストの実施 ●     プダクションチームと連携し、プリプロダクション、開発、本番、ライブフェーズにおけるコンテンツパイプラインを構築・維持 ●     AI技術を駆使したゲームバランスの向上、段階的なコンテンツ生成の自動化
必須スキル
●     ゲーム業界での5年以上の実務経験 ●     インゲームデザインに関する深い理解 ●     ゲームメカニクス、レベル、クエスト、ミニゲーム、イベントの設計能力 ●     アイデアをゲームメカニクスや体験に落とし込み、実装・テスト・改善を行える能力 ●     Unityを用いた3Dゲームシーン、レベル、環境の構築経験 ●     ゲームシステムの強み・弱みの分析能力 ●     モバイルF2P市場の最新情報をキャッチアップし、プレイ・分析を通じて得た知見をチームと共有できる姿勢 ●     優れたコミュニケーション能力
歓迎スキル
●     Unityでの開発経験 ●     ライブゲームサービスの経験(コンテンツパイプラインやイベントカレンダーの運営、 リアルタイムのユーザーデータに基づく設計最適化など) ●     アジャイル開発の実務経験、アニメーションやVFX、ライティングなどのアセット調整スキル Apply now:
