【KODAI HOUSE みんなのおと】は、佐藤広大がプロデュースする、音楽や表現を通して「やりたい」を仕事につなぐ就労継続支援B型事業所です。

私たちは利用者さんを「キャストさん」と呼びます。それは、一人ひとりが人生という舞台の主人公だから。歌やパフォーマンス、創作活動だけでなく、軽作業や社会とのつながりも大切にしながら、自分らしい一歩を踏み出せる場所、一般就労へつなげていくことを目指しています。

障がいの有無に関係なく、一人ひとりの「夢」や「得意」を活かした働き方を実現する。

[仕事内容]

※送迎業務のみや支援業務のみなど、どちらか希望の方もご相談ください。

キャスト(利用者さん)や職員の送迎

※社用車あり

  • 支援業務

※すべての業務を対応いただくわけではありません。

キャストさんの仕事サポート業務

・ハンドメイドアクセサリー等

・パソコンデータ等の入力作業

・領収書等の書類整理

・梱包作業、販売

・動画企画、撮影、編集制作

・イベントやライブ会場(整列、グッズ販売補助)

・スイーツなどの菓子製造、販売

・地域との連携やイベント企画・運営

・キャストさんをサポートする付随する業務

・相談対応、各記録、清掃、食事の簡易盛付け等の軽作業

[給与]

時給1,075〜1,200円

※経験、スキル、資格等を考慮の上決定します。

[時間]

(a)9:00〜13:00

※冬季間は、8:00勤務開始の場合あり

(b)12:00〜16:00

(c)9:00〜16:00

※冬季間は、8:00勤務開始の場合あり

(a)~(c)のシフト制勤務又は固定勤務(相談可)。
